I built this company on a belief that has guided me throughout my life: never grow tired of the work, and never stop. The world outside is always changing—traffic flows shift, communities grow, new ideas rise—and our job is to stay alert, stay committed, and stay ahead. We don’t wait for perfect moments; we create them. We don’t slow down when things get tough; we use that momentum to push harder.
